Key Responsibilities

- Work on yield improvement projects
- Designing and implementing new fixturing
- Evaluate a manufacturing process for potential improvements
- Perform ongoing reliability testing on current products to ensure manufacturing quality
- Troubleshooting equipment and performing root cause analysis
- Guide for keeping production costs down while maintaining quality
- Hands on experience gained through machine qualification and changeover

Essential Job Functions
RFID Inlay / Tire Tag Business Unit
Assist with equipment installations, startup, & qualifications.
- Performance testing
- CAD drawings for tooling
- Data analysis
- Help with the implementation of new product manufacturing sheets
Microelectronics Business Unit
- Help implement Silicon and Glass dicing improvements
- Work on fine-tuning Epoxy dispensing machines
- Glass surface serial marking
- Setup and qualification of equipment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Engineering Degree (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Excel (Preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated individual
- Willing to be hands-on
