Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering)
- One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment

Essential Job Functions
- Review new product designs for manufacturability
- Evaluate, purchase, install & qualify new production equipment
- Work with customers and/or vendors on process transfers
- Program automated equipment (SMT, Ovens, FlipChip, Dispense systems, etc.)
- Propose changes for cost savings, yield, & productivity improvements
- Research latest technologies in relation to capability improvements
- Train manufacturing personnel on assembly procedures
- Provide technical support to sales & marketing teams for change requests
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of basic engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with machine vision systems & robotics
- Experience with basic quality tools
- Proficient in CAD systems (AutoCAD or SolidWorks)
- Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work in a Cleanroom, Class 100-10,000
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior organization and problem-solving skills
